MMA fans have been plagued with some horrible refereeing and several unjustified stoppages this month (Vera x Verdum, Baroni x Villasenor, Carano vs. Young, Kimbo vs. Thompson, etc.) In this video Brandon Vera doesn’t holds no punches on how he feels about his situation. I couldn’t agree more. Something needs to change and FAST. This “Back of the Head” rule which has existed for years has suddenly plagued our sport depriving fighters, fans, and organizations with many upsetting outcomes which will ultimately hurt our sport.
